Daqin Silicone Launches High-Strength Structural Silicone Sealant for Super High-Rise Building Projects

To meet the stringent sealing and bonding requirements of super high-rise buildings and large-scale municipal engineering projects, Daqin Silicone officially launched the upgraded Daqin 11-995 Level 12.5 high-strength neutral structural Silicone sealant in mid-2026. This flagship structural sealant product has passed national building material safety testing and high-rise engineering certification, and is specially developed for high-load and high weather resistance building scenarios, filling the company’s product gap in the high-end super high-rise engineering market and further enriching its high-performance product matrix.
Super high-rise buildings have extremely high technical requirements for structural sealants, which need to bear long-term wind load, temperature difference deformation, and outdoor extreme weather erosion. Ordinary structural sealants are prone to bonding failure, colloid cracking, and water seepage after long-term use, which brings potential safety hazards to building structures. Daqin 11-995 structural sealant adopts a new high-molecular cross-linking formula, with a bonding strength of up to 1.25MPa, far exceeding the national standard for building structural sealants. The product has excellent structural bearing capacity, which can firmly bond glass curtain walls, aluminum alloy plates, and stone materials, ensuring the structural stability of high-rise building facades for a long time.
In terms of environmental adaptability, the upgraded product has achieved comprehensive performance breakthroughs. It can maintain stable structural performance in the extreme temperature range of -40℃ to 150℃, and has super UV resistance, rain erosion resistance, and aging resistance. After accelerated aging tests, the product’s service life can reach more than 20 years, which fully meets the long-term safety operation requirements of super high-rise buildings. In addition, the product is neutral and non-corrosive, will not cause corrosion and damage to metal profiles, glass, and stone materials, and has high construction adaptability, suitable for both indoor and outdoor large-area structural bonding and gap sealing operations.
At present, Daqin 11-995 high-strength structural sealant has been successfully applied to many high-rise building projects in East China, including urban landmark office buildings and high-end residential communities.
