The company plans to comprehensively promote the green upgrading of production processes and product systems, accelerate the research and development and promotion of bio-based low-carbon glass adhesives, and lead the high-quality and green transformation of the domestic glass adhesive industry.
At present, the global building material industry is accelerating the pace of carbon reduction and green upgrading, and low-VOC, zero-pollution and recyclable building materials have become the mainstream of market development. Traditional glass adhesives rely on petrochemical raw materials, with high carbon emissions in the production process and certain volatile pollution risks. Daqin Glass Adhesive takes the lead in layout green product iteration, and has completed the full replacement of low-VOC environmental protection formulas for all civilian and engineering glass adhesive products in 2026, realizing a 92% reduction in volatile pollutant emissions compared with traditional products.
In terms of production end green transformation, Daqin has completed the energy-saving transformation of the production base, adopting clean energy equipment and waste gas and waste water recycling systems to reduce the unit carbon emission of glass adhesive products by 18%. The company plans to launch bio-based glass adhesive products in 2027, using plant-based renewable raw materials to replace part of petrochemical raw materials, further reducing the product life cycle carbon footprint and realizing real green and low-carbon manufacturing. In addition, Daqin will actively participate in the formulation of national green building material industry standards, promoting the unified upgrading of environmental protection standards for the entire glass adhesive industry.
