Traditional glass adhesive production relies on manual experience for formula debugging and process control, resulting in large quality differences between different batches. Problems such as excessive colloid bubbles, uneven viscosity and insufficient curing often occur, leading to unstable construction effects and high defective rates. The fully automated vacuum defoaming technology is a core advantage of the upgraded production line. It completely removes tiny bubbles inside the colloid, making the cured glass adhesive more compact and transparent, effectively avoiding the common quality problem of bubble holes in traditional glass glue construction. The intelligent visual inspection system can automatically identify unqualified products such as yellowed colloid, uneven filling and poor fluidity, with an inspection accuracy rate of 100%, realizing zero-defect delivery of finished products.
